How do we want to be involved? Actually we will seek to sales of our clients' products from disadvantaged groups in the fair trade chain and we want to sell Fair trade certified products in our own Integra shops.

Integra at Shell

This intervention will provide better opportunities for marketing, distribution and sale of products manufactured by Integra's MED clients. This will, with the assistance of the Shell Foundation, promote the cooperation between Integra and Shell in the development of Fair Trade practices in Bulgaria . Preliminary negotiations have taken place, and Shell Bulgaria is supportive of this concept.

Integra Wholesaler

This intervention involves commission-based wholesale intermediary assistance by Integra to micro enterprises. Integra plans to hire, or subcontract a wholesale agent (and warehouse assistance) that will seek market opportunities, establish contacts and conduct negotiations with Shell, international and Bulgarian retail chains, shopping centres, and other retail outlets for the sale of Micro-Enterprise products. Warehouse capacity will be rented (or acquired) for storing Micro-Enterprise products, and supplying other wholesalers and retailers.
This intervention also includes assistance by the wholesale agent for export through, but not limited to, Integra's network in other countries, participation in international fairs and exhibitions, development of a catalogue, and other market channels. Integra is in the initial stages of developing relationships with major Fair Trade wholesale networks in the EU, such as TradeCraft (UK), Max Havelaar (NL), Commercio Alternativo (I), through which we hope to offer products for export. The wholesale agent will be responsible for registration, promotion and establishment of the umbrella brand on the Bulgarian market. The agent will also be involved in importing products of Integra clients from abroad, and from other Fair Trade markets, making use of the European FairTrade wholesale networks. This intervention involves the presentation, promotion and sale of Micro-Enterprise products. Its will facilitate the promotion of the idea for Corporate Social Responsibility and the development of a Fair Trade market in Bulgaria, supported by Shell Foundation.

Integra Store

This intervention involves the presentation, promotion and sale of micro enterprise products through an Integra store owned and management by Integra, and located centrally in Sofia . The aim will be to promote the store as a social enterprise, which has the following functions: trading, organisation of exhibitions, presentations, press conferences, a business club for the micro enterprises, and other events. This intervention increases the opportunities for marketing, distribution and sale of micro enterprise products. It will also allow for direct feedback from end consumers. Additionally, it will facilitate the promotion of the idea Corporate Social Responsibility, and the development of a Fair Trade market in Bulgaria , supported by the Shell Foundation. The success of the store will be supported by consulting to help clients with product development, quality, quantity and delivery.
